With winter upon us and the end of year holiday season approaching, maintaining balance can be a challenge. This intensive series will stave off the winter blahs, keep you centered, and prepare you for the inactivity that often comes with the holiday season.
This series combines three vigorous, fast-paced led yoga practices with two weeks’ worth of home practices and daily practice tips.
Space is limited to four people, so sign up early to guarantee your spot. Appropriate for level 2 students and above.
