Private lessons in the Alexander Technique are the best way to learn. Lessons include exploration of common everyday activities (standing, sitting, walking), specialized activities relevant to the student (e.g.: yoga poses for the yoga practitioner; use of tools for the artist; computer use) and constructive rest. They include verbal and hands-on guidance and instruction to identify your habit patterns and to find constructive alternate choices, avoiding tension and injury.
Individual Lesson: $50
Private lessons are 45 minutes. Your first lesson will be 55 minutes.
Cancellations within twenty-four (24) hours of a scheduled session will be charged in full.
