Self-Care for Knitters
If you’ve ever found yourself with tight shoulders, tired eyes, painful wrists and an aching back after a session of knitting, then this workshop is for you! You’ll learn how to release tension, ease pain and make your stitches smoother and more efficient with the Alexander Technique. Along the way you’ll learn principles of posture, ergonomics and ease of movement that you can apply to your entire life.
